As Christians, Trans Day of Remembrance invites us to consider how the Gospel calls us to dismantle all discrimination and violence, including against trans and gender-diverse people.

About the event
It will feature an ecumenical liturgy, reading of the names of trans people who have died, candle lighting, and a floral memorial laying. We hope it provides an opportunity for trans people and allies, especially in the Christian community, to reflect and mourn the trans people who have died over the last year. Supper will be provided. Please feel free to bring a bouquet or a bloom to add to the memorial floral arrangement.
